Let us design for you in 2008!
We have just launched our new site design. With the new site we hope to be able to provide our visitors with easier navigation. A lot of new features are expected to added to the site throughout the year of 2008. Just a few of the features that we are anticipating on include a online photo purchasing tool, calendar of events for some of the local sports teams, and a mailing-list sign-up. These new features should be a great tool for our customers and the surrounding communities.
Email List - 
In 2007 a lot of people informed us that they would like to be able to see our new projects. We are hoping that with our new email marketing tools we will be able to provide people with weekly or monthly emails with a list of our new projects. With this tool we will also have the ability to email out coupons that can be used toward a puchase at S and S Digital Designs.
Purchase Photos Online -
A lot of time has been spent searching for a tool that would allow our customers to easily purchase prints from us. Finally, at the beginning of 2008 we found a program that is full of awesome features and should make the ordering process a breeze. The new program will give us the ability to print from some of the best online photo labs, which in turn will give our customers high quality prints. A couple of the great tools with this program will be the search function and the one click gallery ordering. We are hoping to be able to provide keywords for each of the photos that are uploaded, so that our customers can easily search for the photos they are seeking. The one click gallery order will give users the ability to simply order an entire gallery with a click of the mouse. Release date not yet determined.
Blog -
With the use of a blog on our site we will be able to talk about whatever we want. This may include a brief summary of a sporting event that we shot at, or we may use it as an opportunity to easily display some of our latest projects.
Sports Calendar -
We are not 100% sure about this feature as of yet, but we felt that we could provide a simple event calendar to people in the surrounding communities. Instead of people having to search through multiple calendars to find an event in the local towns, we are anticipating on having a page dedicated to events (mostly sports) to towns within a 30 mile radius. Not only will this be a great tool for you, the visitor, but it will help us in determing where we need to be at with our cameras.
Wow! 2007, What a year it was!
Last year was a very exciting year for us, as we saw a huge interest in the custom designed sports posters. We are only expecting to see an increase this year as more people hear about the posters. We are hoping to be able to attend more sporting events this year! One of the biggest goals that we have set for 2008 is to provide a faster turnaround with these posters. We would also like to be able to start offering custom team posters to the schools and other organizations that are needing raffle ideas.
