Hey Batter, Batter!

June 4th, 2008

Well the baseball season has got under way here in Phillipsburg and the surrounding areas.  This only means one thing for S and S Digital Designs…get out the camera, bug spray, and head to the field.  There is so many games going on that it is tough to decide which field to shoot at.  So who do you photgraph? You got the little kids playing tee-ball - always a great opportunity to get the kids playing in the dirt and throwing rocks.  From there you can head over to the neighboring field and take pictures of girls softball - those darn helmet mask make it hard to get a great shot of the girls batting.  Another option would be to head to the park where the games are full of a lot of great action, and the coaches generally allow me into the dugout to get better shots of the boys (Thank You coaches!!!)  Down at the park I usually have a chance to show off my custom design posters portfolio book too many of the parents.  (Please contact us if you are interested in a custom designed poster)  Now there is one final stop on our Baseball Field Journey in Phillipsburg Kansas  and that is the Legion Field.  Wow, now I really get to test my action shot skills as you can get some great baseball swings, click…click…click….click.  We have designed a number of different posters for K-18 and Legion baseball.

So please be on the lookout for S and S Digital Designs at many of the local baseball games.  You will most likely be able to detect us, as we usually have a long lense poking out of our faces.

Take me out to the BallGame!!

We just updated a lot of our pages on our site.  There are still a number of changes that need to be made to our site before we will remove the “Under Construction”.  We have a lot of great ideas for the new site, and one of them is this awesome new blog you are reading.  With our new blog we will be posting some of our latest projects, this will give you (the readers) an opportunity to view some of our work and make comments if you would like.

Below is a project that we completed last year.
